Electronic Voice Phenomenon (EVP)

Electronic Voice Phenomenon (EVP) is one area of paranormal research that can be experimented with at home during the COVID-19 lockdown and without the need to visit a haunted location.

Some paranormal investigators call the Panasonic RR-DR60 IC Recorder "the most effective recorder in the world for capturing EVPs," but it has countless faults.

I attended Barri Ghai's EVP masterclass at a haunted former school in Hitchin, where the television ghost hunter shared tips and tricks on how to capture and analyse spirit voices.

As a paranormal investigator you'll often be required to analyse audio recorded during investigations in order to determine if any spirit voices or audible phenomenon have been captured in the recording.

Eamonn joined the Most Haunted team in 2015 as their resident EVP specialist, which basically means he's very good at capturing recordings of spirit voices using an array of specialist equipment.

This is a Rose, a doll I managed to get hold of which is supposedly haunted. I used the GhostBox’s 'radio sweep' function (also known as a spirit box or ghost box) to try to capture EVP.
