Paranormal enthusiasts, get ready for the return of 'Help! My House Is Haunted'. Discovery+ has just announced the comeback of the popular ghost hunting show, which will feature 14 brand-new episodes in its fifth series.
The show follows a team of experts that includes psychic medium Ian Lawman, technical expert Barri Ghai, and historian Jayne Harris as they investigate claims of paranormal activity in homes across the UK including, for the first time, a case in Northern Ireland. The team travels to different locations to conduct investigations and collect evidence of ghostly encounters.
Series four showcased some of the most explosive investigations by the team so far, which included a haunted hotel in Somerset, a Victorian terrace in Neath, and a converted watermill in Norfolk. The team also investigated a house plagued by a poltergeist in Peterborough and a modern home in Derby tormented by a jinn. The series ended with a chilling investigation of a converted chapel in Worcestershire.

Series five promises to deliver even more thrills and spine-tingling moments for viewers. It comes hot on the heels of the celebrity spin-off, 'Celebrity Help! My House Is Haunted', which premiered earlier this year on Discovery+. The celebrity edition saw the team investigate the homes of celebrities, including Louie Spence, Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, Simon Gregson, Jake Quickenden, and Marnie Simpson.
In addition to the new series, Discovery+ has also announced a new hour-long special starring Ian Lawman called 'The Yorkshire Exorcist', as well as the return of former 'Help! My House Is Haunted' medium in 'Spooked Ireland', the follow-up to 2022's series filmed in Scotland. All three new series are due to premiere on Really channel this autumn.
'Help! My House Is Haunted' series five will premiere on Really channel in August 2023 and will also be available for streaming on Discovery+. So, get ready to turn off the lights and experience the spine-chilling world of the paranormal with the experts in ghost hunting.
