'Help! My House Is Haunted' Returns With 12 New Episodes For Series Six

The paranormal investigation team behind 'Help! My House Is Haunted' returns today, Friday, September 6, with 12 brand-new episodes for the sixth series. Fans of the show can binge the entire series now on Discovery+, or catch two episodes weekly on the free-to-air channel, Really. The first two episodes, 'Inherited House Of Hell' and 'Shadow Man', will air tonight from 9pm on Really.

The show follows psychic medium Ian Lawman, technical expert Barri Ghai, and self-styled "ghostorian" Jayne Harris as they investigate homes across the UK where residents claim to experience paranormal activity. Each episode features the team travelling to a new location where terrified homeowners are being plagued by the paranormal, with the aim to returning the home to the hands of the living.

Series six opens with the team investigating a house in Norfolk that the current owner inherited but find too terrifying to live in. In the episode airing tonight, Ian Lawman, usually calm and composed, admits after walking through the house, "I've not been scared for years and that house leaves me petrified." The team battle to rid the property of imps in order to make the home habitable once.

The second episode, also airing tonight, takes the team to Worcestershire, where a woman named Emma is being tormented by a dark presence in her home. Her husband, feeling powerless to help, calls on the team for assistance. This case proves to be particularly troubling as the team confronts a dangerous entity.

Throughout the new series, the team tackles more haunted locations across the UK. Including an investigation at a remote farmhouse in County Durham, where a family lives in fear of sinister spirits. The team also looks into a haunted hotel in Wales with a disturbing history and visit a notoriously haunted house in Anglesey.

As the sixth series kicks off, the team is already looking ahead to series seven and is inviting anyone who believes they are experiencing paranormal activity in their home to apply for an investigation.
