For many people in the UK, it wouldn't be Halloween without an episode of Most Haunted to sit down and enjoy in a darkened room. It's an autumnal tradition as commonplace as pumpkin spice latte and bonfire night.

This page features a list of every Most Haunted episode which has been broadcast on or over Halloween since the show originally aired in 2002. The list includes all of the Halloween 'Most Haunted Live!' shows.

In fact, the first ever live show was broadcast from Dudley Castle in the West Midlands on the night of Halloween 2002. This was followed over the next few years by several more Halloween specials, including Beaulieu Abbey in 2003 and the infamous Pendle Hill show in 2004.

Yvette Fielding and the team's last live show on Living TV before their hiatus was 'Eight Faces Of Evil', which was broadcast over eight nights from various locations across Lancashire in the north-west of England.

After their return, the show moved to UKTV's Really Channel and Yvette, along with Karl Beattie, Glen Hunt, Fred Batt, Eamonn Vann-Harris, Stuart Torevell, Gregg Smith and Darren Hutchinson, embarked on their first live Halloween show in six years.

This 2015 show was broadcast from the infamous black monk poltergeist house at 30 East Drive in Pontefract. Sadly, this was the last episode of Most Haunted to be broadcast live over Halloween.

Ever since, "as-live" versions of the show have been broadcast on the night of Halloween, these shows are pre-recorded but are uncut, unedited and presented in the same style as one of the live shows. The "as-live" Halloween specials to date include, HMP Shrewsbury, Shropshire and Croxteth Hall, Liverpool.

To celebrate Halloween the Most Haunted team present a special investigation of Dudley Castle. It was originally broadcast live, with interactive elements and took place before a live audience of 500 people in the castle grounds.

The second live Halloween event for Most Haunted comes from the Beaulieu estate in Hampshire. The investigation will take the team around the remains of the historic abbey, the mansion house and the National Motor Museum.

With the help of the audience, the Most Haunted Team investigate Pendle Hill in Lancashire. In this instalment, they visit Clitheroe Castle, Church Brow, and the Trinity Youth Centre.

For the first time ever Most Haunted carry out a four night live event, Yvette Fielding, with the help of medium Derek Acorah, investigate things that go bump in the night in London's eastend on the trail of Jack The Ripper.

A three-night live investigation in and around Edinburgh's most haunted locations on Halloween. The team re-visit the Blair Street and Niddry Street Vaults and on the final night hold a vigil at Mary King's Close.

Yvette Fielding and the team embark on a Halloween live special with a difference. Spread across five nights, the team will visit five different locations in the UK, the journey the team takes will drawing out a huge inverted pentagram across the country.

25-31 October, 2008 • 7 Nights • The Best Of Most Haunted Live: Volume 7

In the run up to Halloween, the Most Haunted team, fronted by Yvette Fielding, embark on their longest live event to date. The team will spend seven nights at North Wales Hospital in Denbigh. They start their investigation in the asylum that was closed in 1995 after nearly 200 years of service.
