As the United States prepares for election day on November 5, British psychic Craig Hamilton-Parker claims he's seen the outcome well in advance. Craig's prediction of a Donald Trump victory in this election dates back as far as October 2023. In multiple videos since then, he has shared his belief that Trump will return to the White House, despite the Republican candidate's controversial status as the first convicted felon to seek the presidency.

One of Craig's earliest statements on the topic was uploaded on 3 November 2023, when he stated confidently, “I predict that Trump will win the November 2024 election.” However, he warned of potential disruptions aimed at preventing or delaying the election, hinting that these could involve “some kind of crisis around Joe Biden.” This warning appears almost prophetic, as Biden, the current president, withdrew from the race in July, endorsing Vice President Kamala Harris as his successor. Since then, Harris has presented a strong challenge to Trump, even showcasing her debating skills in a widely viewed televised debate.

Craig's predictions extend beyond the election's outcome. He foresees that Trump, despite an expected close victory in the polls, will avoid jail time but may encounter health challenges. “There's a sort of a health scare for him,” Craig noted, though he was confident this wouldn't stop Trump from assuming office. Additionally, Craig alluded to an assassination attempt on one of the candidates, saying, “it came very close indeed,” though he didn't specify whether the target was Trump or, at that point, Biden. Notably, Trump has already survived two reported assassination attempts since Biden's exit from the race.

Another intriguing aspect of Craig's prediction involves a “female vice president, who will be pivotal for [Trump's] election success.” Initially, Craig envisioned a woman with an “ethnic background” in this role, though Trump's running mate, JD Vance, does not fit this description. Later, however, Craig revised this interpretation, suggesting that Harris herself, as Trump's opponent, could indirectly aid his chances. “Perhaps her very... candidate against him will be the very thing that will give him the final presidency,” Craig speculated, referencing Harris's influential background as a woman of colour.

Craig also hinted at Biden's political exit. In his view, “something very dark happens to President Joe Biden.” While he was uncertain if this would be symbolic or literal, he suggested that Biden could be “pulled from power,” an idea that aligns with the president's unexpected withdrawal from the election campaign just months before the vote. Craig's conviction remained firm in a June video where he doubled down on his forecast, saying, “I think Trump is going to win hands-down when it comes to the American election.”

From a non-psychic perspective, renowned American political historian Allan Lichtman has also weighed in on the election. Lichtman, known for accurately predicting nine out of the last ten presidential races, has forecast a win for Kamala Harris. On September 5, he stated his belief that Harris would emerge victorious.

Polling data backs Lichtman's assessment to a degree, with Harris leading Trump by about three points nationally since August. However, in the American electoral system, the presidency is ultimately decided by the electoral college rather than the popular vote. Even a lead in national polls does not guarantee a win in the electoral college. All results must be certified by Congress before the new president is sworn in on 20 January.

Will Donald Trump reclaim the White House, as Craig has predicted, or will Kamala Harris make history as the nation's first female president as Allan Lichtman's analytically grounded forecast suggests? The coming days will provide the answer.
