A New Canadian Docuseries Takes An Unconventional Approach Into Different Phenomena

New paranormal docuseries, 'We Want To Believe' is now streaming on PARAFlixx paranormal+ with a new episode will release every Friday. The new series takes a deeper look into a wide range of different phenomena, with a special Halloween episode ending season one on October 31 in celebration of the PARAFlixx network theme "HALLOFlixx," which recurs every year during the month of October.

The season begins as the team, Brandon Knippelberg, Shawn Knippelberg, Jason Hewlett, Sarah Jane, Marcus Flor, Peter Renn, is invited to a remodeled barn where the owner has been experiencing an unusual haunting; droplets of water are appearing on the property and on her body, as the phenomenon continues no matter where the owner goes. The team then heads to Merritt, B.C. to a haunted house with reports and activity involving seemingly angry spirits, disembodied voices, a death within the walls, and a room full of haunted dolls.

This first suspenseful season wraps up during HALLOFlixx with the three remaining episodes. 'We Want To Believe' looks into haunted objects, a haunted village, haunted dolls, and even a hunt for Bigfoot. During October, keep a lookout for episodes involving more supernatural phenomenon and paranormal activity in a ghost town, haunted theater and one of the oldest ranches in Canada.

During the final investigation for the Halloween special episode, the team visits the historic gold rush town of Barkerville, which is believed to be a hot spot for ghost 

sightings and hauntings. There are more than 125 buildings at the former mining town, and if legend is true, each comes with a ghost story of its’ own. Undaunted, the team begins to investigate, and puts these stories to the test one by one. Other investigations include Mandy the Haunted Doll and the Sagebrush Theater.
