Starting Monday, October 25 they'll be investigating several creepy locations including Elsecar Heritage Centre and what's been dubbed one of Barnsley's most haunted and historical buildings. The weeklong event culminates on Halloween night with a live investigation kicking off at 9pm from a very haunted location in York, a historic city that's famous for its hauntings.

The live stream will begin at 9pm on the night of Halloween and will feature the usual team, including Yvette Fielding, Karl Beattie, Stuart Torevell, Glen Hunt and other familiar faces.

On Gold at 9pm there's another chance to see Reece Shearsmith and Steve Pemberton attempt to recreate the immersive fear of a live television broadcast gone wrong. The Halloween special was broadcast in 2018 with a mix of live footage of the cast in the studio, plus real and mocked up archive footage in order to tell a compelling story. The episode is based on the real-life stories of hauntings and mishaps at the famous Granada television studios in Manchester.
