'Help! My House Is Haunted' is one of the UK's most popular ghost hunting shows, but in the latest series Barri Ghai, Jayne Harris and Ian Lawman have taken to investigating the homes of celebrities. If you're anything like us, when the lineup for any 'celebrity' show is announced, we don't have a clue who any of these celebs are.
Luckily, in the case of 'Celebrity Help! My House Is Haunted' knowing the celebs isn't really a requirement, since the team normally visit the home of strangers, so even in the previous series we don't know who's houses they are investigating. The format of the show is the same as ever. Ian, the show's psychic medium is always the first to enter the property. He never knows where he is going in advance, and that's still the case. He's kept in the dark about the celebrity homeowner.
The team normally start their investigation with a 'spirit trigger' session, which involves bringing the homeowner in for a vigil in the hopes that their presence will stir up the spirits, this is still the case in the celebrity homes, but after the trigger session the celebs leave for the night and the team are locked down in the house. They are left alone to carry out the bulk of their investigation as always.
The inclusion of these celebs doesn't detract from the series at all, but it's fair to say they're hardly A-listers, so there's a pretty good chance you might not know who they all are. So to save you Googling and scrolling through gossip sites, here's our quick guide to the celebs on 'Help!' and their haunted homes.
The first three seasons of 'Help!' are available to watch in full now on demand on Discovery+, with the new celebrity specials dropping each Friday.
1. Alex Best

Alex Best is a former air hostess and glamour model who is best known as the ex-wife of the late footballing legend, George Best. The pair divorced in 2004 after a nine year relationship, since then she's appeared in several celebrity reality shows including 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' in 2004, the same year that she was honoured with the prestigious title of Female Rear of the Year.
She lives in an 1820s farmworker's cottage in the village of Kingswood on the North Downs in Surrey. She claims that her home is haunted by playful and mischievous poltergeist activity, including moving furniture and objects vanishing before unexpectedly reappearing somewhere completely different.

Get Me Out Of Here!' in 2020.

Charlotte claims her swanky Sunderland mansion is haunted after some odd goings on, including a magpie randomly being found in the house and a pigeon being found mysteriously dead outside of her large glass patio doors. She also inadvertently captured the moment when a dining room chair seemed to move on its own while filming a video tour of her home.
