Base is disused and many ways onto the area exist for cyclists and dog walkers.
Greenham Common is very famous for its protesters against nuclear weapons and has had a few nuclear accidents which could have led to a nuclear detonation. The silos are still visible and were used in the 2015 movie, 'Star Wars: The Force Awakens' as a rebel base.
