Phil Whyman takes the team to Darlington where they capture one of their best piece of evidence to date in an old art dec theatre. Joined by Sara Whyman, Jane Carrigan, Dale Dickinson, and Ben Woodward, they spend the night in the atmospheric building that started its life as a cinema.

The Majestic is said to have at least four phantom residents including a young girl, a former caretaker and even an apparition known as the white lady. One of the male spirits has a reputation for being rather unpleasant and it's reported that the young child feels threatened by his presence.

During the investigation Phil and Sara get the shock of their lives, Ben braves two lone vigils and Dale is unnerved by unexplained noises
