About This Video
This video was uploaded to the YouTube channel Paranormal Detectives in April 2018.
Located on the outskirts of Bewdley, Worcestershire UK, an old abandoned graveyard lies forgotten.
The old church here was built in 1784, replacing an earlier religious structure that dated back to 1170. The church was officially demolished in 1956 due to fire. Some of the ruins of the parish room are still standing today, though decaying with time.
The graveyard is the final resting place for the last reverend of the church here, Joseph Tonks. Also Susan Wowen - a lady who's name is linked to many tales of satanic worship and witchcraft, apparently also growing horns and shedding them every so often.
This graveyard also has something pretty unique about it, and something very uncommon to find in England - a mortsafe. Most commonly used to prevent grave-robbers from stealing bodies but also having a much more sinister possibility - keeping the decreased encased and preventing the dead from returning one day.
With other stories and sightings of hooded figures and a ghostly girl, join us as we investigate this creepy and eerie location!
