About This Video
This video was uploaded to the YouTube channel Shiver in April 2021.
Lake Norman is a man-made waterway built to cool the nuclear reactors at the McGuire Nuclear Station. The 520 miles of coastline surrounds deep, murky, and cavernous waters. Many theorise that a man-eating beast lurks in the depths. Common theories claim "Normie" is an escaped government cross-breeding experiment. Others believe it to be a catfish mutated by radiation exposure. Whatever the monster's origin, the constant stream of reports has never slowed. Locals, tourists and fisherman alike feel paralysed with fear, and they demand answers.
