My Haunted Hotel is based on serious paranormal research and we must remind everyone that these episodes are 45 - 50 minutes of over 150 hours of footage. There are often hours and hours of no activity at the hotel. We must also remind everyone watching that 'orbs' are not paranormal and are merely dust and insects reflecting in the IR lighting on our cameras.
