The Farrar School opened in 1921 to combine all of the schoolhouses in the county into one building. Sitting in a silent field in Maxwell, Iowa it's easy to see how a lot of the history and tragedy of this school was swept under the rug. Hidden in the halls is pain and suffering as it is believed children were abused by the people who were supposed to protect them. Hate groups held rallies in the front yard and so much history was covered up. Since the school's closure, the owners and paranormal investigators alike started to experience unusual and paranormal activity inside Farrar School. The apparitions of children roam the classrooms and halls, disembodied voices are heard echoing through the corridors, and a looming shadow figure stands at 9 feet tall on the 3rd floor. So what is causing all of this paranormal activity? Who is haunting the Farrar School?
