The Real Murphy Hotel Story - Paranormal Unknown

The Murphy’s hotel is renown for its paranormal activity dating back decades.however this hotel has stood for over a hundred years, surviving a massive fire that destroyed most of the town. In fact the solid brick walls and steel doors made it the only refuge during the fire. Half the town made it inside however they were eventually forced to close their doors, leaving the other half of the town to their fate. This is thought to be the reason behind the amount of activity at the hotel, alongside the story of their resident ghost, Eleanor. Left behind by her lover for unknown reasons in the 1800’s she stayed employed at the hotel until her unfortunate death in a kitchen fire at the hotel. We decided to pay a visit to the Murphy’s hotel to try and find out who is us really there and wether or not they’d like to be free. This is what we captured and the story of those we found inside, the historic Murphy’s hotel
